Do you ever feel totally & completely convicted by the Lord? (I’m waving my hand over here, too ; )
Recently, on a flight (like it or not, I hear really clearly from Him while I’m up in the air), He convicted me to pray on a deeper level.
Backing up a bit, as I’d mentioned in an earlier blog post, one of my favorite takeaways from the She Works His Way Narrow conference was something that Erica Zoller shared: “Consider the posture of your heart more so than the position that you’re in.” And friends, I would argue that the posture of our hearts is influenced largely in part by prayer.
I don’t know about you, but I will confess that there is room for improvement in my prayer life. Especially in my prayers for those around me. Our world becomes so much bigger when we look outside of ourselves, doesn't it?
And through all of that, the Posture of Prayer Challenge was born. : )
With Thanksgiving right around the corner, now is the perfect time for us to exercise gratitude in a big way.
We know that everything is totally and completely in His hands. So let’s connect with Him through prayer for comfort, peace, and clarity!
I’ve created 28 days of prayer prompts so that you don’t have to sit there in awkward silence after a few minutes of prayer time (I have totally been there. And I promise you.. the more you do it, the more you’ll have to say!).
We hear that it takes three weeks to create a habit- so I’ve added one more week for us for good measure ; )
If you track with us, you’ll finish in mid December- that’s the challenge!
(Psst-- need some grace with all the hustle & bustle that this time of the year brings? Commit to completing the challenge by Christmas.)
Ok, friends. Let's do it! Join me on this 28 day Posture of Prayer challenge!
You’ll develop a posture of prayer, bless others in the process, and prepare your heart for the holiday season
I pray that this challenge blesses you in the biggest of ways. I pray that, as the challenge says, you each establish a posture of prayer. Let’s grow deep roots in Him, together.
Are you in?
Here’s how to join us:
Join the GSCC email family (if you’re not already a part of it!). You’ll soon receive the free printable for the prayer challenge.
Follow along on the GSCC Instagram - I’ll post the prayer prompt of the day in my Insta stories. (Feel free to repost to your own Instastories or feed & use the hashtag #gracespacechristiancoaching!)
Do you have a friend or family member who might love this challenge? I would invite you to share this blog post with them or tagging them in one of my Instagram posts on the challenge!
As 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says, let’s “Pray without ceasing,” together.
With love,
Alexandra
